We're Informa TechTarget's new publication, focused on delivering daily news and analysis for executives at North American channel partners — the diverse ecosystem of companies that resell, deliver and add value to technology products and services.
The business combination of Industry Dive, the Informa Tech media brands, and TechTarget provided us with the opportunity to assemble new teams and implement positive changes in our approach to this market.
We've sunset the Channel Futures brand and website and launched Channel Dive to provide solid, dependable reporting to channel partners, while making it as easy as possible for them to follow the topics that matter most.
The seven newsletters previously sent by Channel Futures have been consolidated into a single daily newsletter, now available at Channel Dive. We aim to make the Channel Dive Daily as helpful and uncluttered as possible.
We took a similar approach with the Channel Dive website, featuring a highly functional and minimalist design. We believe our audience will appreciate the absence of clickbait slideshows and shouty headlines labeling every exec who changes jobs a "superstar."
The Channel Dive team will feature reporting by Channel Futures alum James Anderson, TechTarget's Industry Editor John Moore, Senior Editor Matt Ashare, previously of CIO Dive, along with contributions from writers you've read before on Channel Futures and other Industry Dive publications. The team will be managed by me, in addition to my daily editorial duties at Light Reading.
