Salesforce heralded its biggest platform expansion in nearly two decades with the full launch of its Agentforce 360 agentic AI platform Wednesday.
Independent software vendors can now fully bake Agentforce into their core capabilities. Partners previously could only white label the platform’s licenses for their customer offerings. The platform is designed to help businesses transform their domain expertise into commercial AI-powered applications without building complex infrastructure.
Salesforce points out that today, anyone can prototype quickly. But scaling a viable product demands enterprise-grade security, compliance and deployment. The software giant said it wants to remove those barriers.
“The most exciting part of my job is when a partner shows me something I never expected being built on our platform,” said Brian Landsman, Salesforce EVP of global partnerships and CEO of AppExchange. “We are entering a phase where expertise is more valuable than code.”
Agentforce 360 brings together capabilities across CRM, AI, data, analytics, and industry clouds. Key components include Agentforce 360, Data 360, Agentforce Vibes, Flow Builder, App Builder, and DevOps Center.
According to Salesforce, this eliminates the “scaling trap,” where teams move fast early on but collapse under security and operational requirements. By contrast, it said apps built on the Salesforce platform are enterprise-ready from day one, with native SSO, encryption, threat detection, and continuous penetration testing.
Partners can also future-proof products via zero-copy data sharing, open APIs, and AI-model choice, including the latest LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and AWS.
Agentforce has been strategic for Salesforce since launching in October 2024. The suite is growing fast with a long way to go. Agentforce annualized recurring revenue exceeded $500 million in Salesforce’s Q3 ended Oct. 31, 2025, growing 330% year over year.
Go-to-market acceleration for partners
Partners can sell seat-based or usage-based offerings and transact through AppExchange and a new Partner Marketplace, with automated billing and provisioning coming soon.
Builders gain real-time usage insights through App Analytics and can tap the Salesforce partner ecosystem of more than 5,000 ISVs and 7,000 system integrators.
Agentforce 360, Data 360, Financial Services Cloud, Automotive Cloud and Shield are available under General Availability (GA) now. Marketing Cloud Growth & Advanced will be GA in mid-December 2025. Tableau Next and the Salesforce Partner Marketplace App are expected in Q1 2026.
